Shipping Policy

1. Shipping time for garments
Generally, outfits are available for shipping in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time info or priority order service please contact customer service and we will be able to help you.
Casual/Kurtis: 10 to 15 days Party/Evening: 15 to 20 days
Special Occasions/Saris: 20 to 25 days
Men's Sherwanis: 20 - 30 days
Bridals: 30 to 40 days

These are only estimated timeframes and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final shipping time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer service for more information on shipping timeframe before placing your order.

Shipping time for other Items
Bridal jewellery sets may take up to 30 days. All other jewellery sets are delivered within 20 - 25 days.

2. Shipping Charges

These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges. During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

3. Customs/Duties/Taxes

When ordering goods from for shipping internationally you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Does Jiva Fashion deliver internationally?
Yes, we do deliver across the country. Minimum Order requirement for International Orders is INR 5000 or 100 $ (USD), Shipping charges extra. We also ship Jewellery & Apparel internationally.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is absolutely free all over India. We would try to ship the products through reputed courier service, but if our courier partner doesn’t provide service in your location we shall send products via Indian Postal Services. Note:- This is not applicable for international orders.

What are your shipping charges for bulk orders?
For bulk orders, we will look for the most efficient mode of transport and charge our customers only for the minimum fare applicable from our courier partners. Depending on the location of the customer and the urgency of the shipment, we would work out the best shipment rates available and charge our customers accordingly. For more information, mail us at

How will the delivery be done?
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and FedEx. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
All our products are Imported and it generally take between 7 to 15 days to deliver the product, depending upon the availability of stock. In case of Cash of Delivery the time frame may increase by 5 to 7 days more depending upon your location.

What happens if my order is lost in transit? If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
